WHAT TO EAT BEFORE DANCE REHEARSALS


Dance students attend classes and rehearsals after already completing a long day at school.  It is at the time when most people begin to experience the “afternoon slump” that dancers are expected to begin the next part of their day.  Classes are starting and are often followed by rehearsals and require enormous amounts of energy.  Eating intelligently will help dancers perform at their best and feel good while doing it.

DANCE AND THE NERVOUS SYSTEM

       Hey guys, I've been away for a pretty long time. Not to worry, I'm back now and never to depart again. Lol. Anyways, I've been doing some research on the medical importance and benefits of dance and the results have been amazing. As a medical student, I intend to explore the relationship between health, I.e living healthy, and dance. I want to expose the various ways in which dance would be very relevant to our human health.
